Livingston Morrison New Chairman of PFJL

Former Deputy Governor of the Bank of Jamaica Livingston Morrison will be the next Chairman of Professional Football Jamaica Limited.

The former Kingston College Manning Cup and Santos player, will replace Chris Williams who demits office on Sunday after giving notice of his resignation in June.

Morrison’s involvement in football also included his role as President of Inter-Bank Football.

Morrison was up to recently the Governor of the Bank of Belize and is due back in the island this weekend to take up his new post effective September 1.

Meanwhile, the Board of Directors of PFJL has rejected the resignation of it’s CEO Owen Hill.

Hill’s resignation was made public on Tuesday and is scheduled to take effect on September 26.
