LL COOL J is set to take his Rock The Bells Cruise to Montego Bay, Jamaica in 2026 for its fourth anniversary. From November 1–6, 2026, guests will sail from Miami to Jamaica for six days of music, culture, and community.
The 2025 Rock The Bells Cruise marked its third year with a four-night celebration aboard the Norwegian Jewel. Created by LL COOL J, the cruise focused on honoring hip-hop’s legacy through performances, panels, film screenings, themed games, and informal meet-ups between artists and fans. The environment felt close-knit, with artists interacting freely and supporting one another.
Artists including Da Brat, Mia X, MC Lyte, and pioneer MC Sha-Rock shared the stage and participated in discussions about sisterhood and hip-hop’s evolution. DJ Jazzy Jeff noted that the cruise provided a rare opportunity for industry peers to gather in one place without the pressures of typical events.
Programming throughout the sailing included:
- DJ sets from DJ Paul, DJ R-Tistic, and others
- Panels featuring MC Lyte and Sha-Rock
- Pool-deck shows from Lupe Fiasco and Xzibit
- A beach day in Bimini, Bahamas, where artists and guests mixed casually
One of the standout evenings was the all-white ladies’ night with performances by Da Brat and MC Lyte, followed by a headline set from The Lox.
The final day featured:
- A themed wine tasting
- A live taping of 2 Jews and 3 Black Dudes
- A comedy show
- A Halloween costume party
Performances from Little Brother, Dogg Pound, Mannie Fresh, DJ Jazzy Jeff, and Mia X closed out the cruise, with Mia X receiving strong support and appreciation from attendees.
As plans move toward the 2026 sailing to Montego Bay, the lineup has not yet been announced.
