Man Charged in San Pedro Feud Linked to Domestic Dispute

Police in San Pedro Town have charged a man in connection with a feud between two men of Asian descent that occurred just over a month ago.  According to Stacy Smith, Assistant Superintendent of Police, the dispute stemmed from a domestic situation in which one man’s estranged partner had entered a new relationship. Police say tensions arising from that development led to an altercation between the two men.  ASP Smith confirmed that the alleged assailant was formally charged over the weekend, following the completion of investigations and the gathering of sufficient evidence to proceed.

Police say investigations into the matter are continuing and are again urging the public to resolve domestic and personal conflicts through lawful and non-violent means.
