Man fatally shot in alleged shootout with police in Manchester

A man known only by the alias “Bindloss” was reportedly shot and killed during an alleged confrontation with members of the security forces in Knockpatrick, Manchester, earlier Monday afternoon.

According to an individual from the area, approximately 20 gunshots believed to have come from a high-powered rifle were heard in the community. The individual further reported that about one and a half minutes later, three additional shots, believed to have been fired from a handgun, were heard.
