A Belize City man was hospitalized following a shooting on Gladden Street. Just after ten o’clock, 33-year-old Randy August was at his home when a man approached and fired several shots, hitting him in the body. The unknown assailant then fled the scene. August survived the attempt on his life and was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for treatment. He is listed in stable condition. Police are investigating.
