Last season’s beaten finalist May Day High School will today go in search of an additional 224 runs, with seven wickets in hand on the final day of the ISSA/Grace Headley Cup Final against hosts Manchester High.
May Day will resume on 66 for 3 having being set 290 to win their first title.
Manchester High took a 101 run first innings lead after bowling out May Day for 118, thanks to Rhevon Morgan 5 for 17 and Matthew Morgan 2 for 43
Batting a second time Manchester were dismissed for 189 with Matthew Morgan getting 53 and Pajay Nelson 36 against Chris Lewis 3 for 19, Nashane Meade 3 for 76 and Mark Barrett 2 for 12.
