Coach of Jamaica’s senior men’s football team, Steve McClaren, reiterated that it will be a highly competitive match against Guatemala in their Group “C” CONCACAF Gold Cup encounter at at the Dignity Health Tennis Centre California on Monday at 9 pm.
McCalren says they take little comfort from the 3-0 win over the Guatemalans in the World Cup qualifier at the National Stadium, last week.

This will be the sixth meeting between the the countries at the Gold Cup with Jamaica winning the previous five encounters.
Reggae Boyz vice-captain, Damion Lowe, says as long as the Jamaicans stick to the game plan they should come away with all three points.

The other two teams in the group, Panama and Guadeloupe will meet in the first game at 6pm.
