Ismael Díaz scored a first half hatrick to steer Panama to the impressive win and group honours.
Tomás Rodríguez added a fourth goal for Panama in the 89th minute while Amari’i Bell got Jamaica’s consolation.
McClaren has warned that no player is a sure pick in his squad.

Guatemala took second place in the group after beating Guadeloupe 3-2.
