Coach of Jamaica’s senior men’s football team, Steve McClaren, says there will be no room for complacency when they take on Guadeloupe in their Group “C” encounter of the CONCACAF Gold Cup at the Paypal Park in California, on Friday evening at 6:45.

Both teams are searching for their first win of the 2025 edition of the tournament.

The Boyz were beaten 1-0 by Guatemala in their tournament opener, while Guadeloupe were beaten 5-2 by Panama.

McClaren says this has increased the stakes on the game’s outcome.
