McGregor Calls Green-Wrapped Poles Near PNP Protest ‘Out of Order’

People’s National Party, PNP, Central Kingston caretaker, Steve McGregor, described as out-of-order, the wrapping of green cloth around several utility poles in the vicinity of where the PNP held their protest.

McGregor monitored the process as two women removed the draped fabric and placed it in a black garbage bag.
