MCOBA/Lindy Delapenha Golf Classic Seeks to Raise $4m

Organisers of the MCOBA/Lindy Delapenha Golf Classic is seeking to raise from million dollars from this year’s tournament.

The seventh staging of the tournament is set for the Caymanas Golf and Country Club on Saturday.

Victor Tomlinson, a member of the organizing committee, says funding from the tournament will go towards sports programs at Munroe College.

Tomlinson says the prize of a 2024 Nissan Qashqai for the lucky golfer who can hit a hole in one at the 10th hole has been driving increase attention to the tournament.
