As the visionary behind Ingenuity Technologies Group Inc., Williams has propelled the company to the forefront of the industry, earning a reputation as a pioneer in both the engineering and technology sectors.
Boasting over a decade of experience in the aforementioned fields, Williams is adept at navigating the complex challenges of leading global organizations to success, having successfully led teams at Digicel, Nestle and Ericsson, prior to launching Ingenuity Technologies Group Inc. (ITG).
A graduate of the University of Technology, Jamaica, where he achieved a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Communications and Electronics, Williams began his career in engineering in 2004 at Nestle while still attending school, where he honed his skills by implementing transformative solutions that boosted operational efficiency while reducing costs. In 2007, he moved to Digicel, where he led initiatives to enhance the reliability of telecommunications infrastructure. By 2010, he joined Ericsson, where he led a team of engineers in delivering pivotal digital transformation projects across global markets.
