The Under-17 Reggae Boyz have been invited by the Mexican Football Federation to participate in the Torneo del Sol tournament.
The event will be held in Mexico from January 6 to 11, 2025.
It will feature sixteen teams, including from the host nation, Trinidad and Tobago, Guatemala and Panama, and youth teams from clubs in Mexico’s Professional Third Division League.
The Torneo del Sol will help the young Reggae Boyz prepare for the CONCACAF World Cup Qualifiers in Guatemala in February 2025.
Assistant coach, Vassell Reynolds, says the recent camp would have given them valuable preparation ahead of the tournament.
