Minister of Culture, Entertainment and Sport, Olivia Grange, is expressing condolences to the family of roots reggae artist Junior Byles.

Byles passed away at the hospital on Thursday at the age of 77.

In her tribute, Minister Grange said, “Junior’s contribution helped to create the potent force that Reggae music has become in the world.” She added that “his death has left a huge void in the industry.”
