Minister Kareem Musa Calls Sarita Double Killing Heartbreaking in House Address

Former Minister of Home Affairs Kareem Musa today used the floor of the House of Representatives to deliver a solemn message following the brutal killings of 22-year-old Raynard Raymond Garbutt and 43-year-old Robert Alexander Crawford, whose were killed in an armed hold up last night.  Minister Musa described the double murder as “deeply distressing and heartbreaking,” noting that both men were hardworking Belizeans whose lives were violently taken while carrying out their duties. He acknowledged that although he no longer serves as Home Affairs Minister, incidents of this nature are no less disconcerting to hear.
