Tivoli Gardens could leapfrog Waterhouse into sixth when they play Arnett Gardens in the second match of a double header in the Wray and Nephew/Jamaica Premier League at the Tony Spaulding Sports Complex, Monday evening at 8:45.
Tivoli are in seventh place with 47-points, two behind Waterhouse, while a win for third place Arnett will put them level on 69-points with second place Montego Bay United.
Montego Bay currently has a three-goal advantage.
In the first match, eighth place Racing United play nineth place Chapelton Maroons at 6 pm.
In Sunday’s results, leaders Mount Pleasant ticked off their 23rd victory of the season, with an easy 3-0 triumph over Harbour View.
Nicholas Nelson scored twice and Gadale Irving the other, as Mount Pleasant moved to 79 points, six ahead of Montego Bay United who crushed Dunbeholden 4-0 at Catherine Hall.
Jourdain Fletcher scored a double.
Elsewhere, Vere United slipped further towards relegation after losing 3-0 to champions Cavalier, who got goals from Shaquille Stein, Jalmaro Calvin and Dwayne Atkinson.
Ronaldo Robinson scored in first half stoppage time to help Portmore United beat Humble Lion 1-0 at Effortville Community Centre.
Meanwhile, Waterhouse defeated Molynes United 1-0, thanks to an Andrew Fletcher goal.
