Mount Pleasant Academy have maintained their eight point lead in the Wray and Nephew/Jamaica Premier League by beating Waterhouse 1-0 at Drax Hall on Thursday.
Daniel Green scored the lone goal after only two minutes in the game to push Mount Pleasant to 68 points.
Arnett Gardens remain second after crushing Chapelton Maroons 5-0 at the Tony Spaulding Complex.
Captain Fabian Reid scored twice with Jamone Shepherd, Jaheim Thomas and Warner Brown getting the other goals.
Arnett are on 57 points, four ahead of third placed Montego Bay United who defeated Harbour View 1-0 through a 70th minute strike from Jourdaine Fletcher.
Racing United are now up to joint sixth after tagging Dunbeholden 1-0, through a Tajay Grant strike.
Humble Lion also won on the day, outscoring Tivoli Gardens 3-2 at Effortville.
