Member of Parliament for Central St. Mary, Dr. Morais Guy, says student underperformance in external exams is a result of mass teacher migration.
He made the argument during his contribution to the Sectoral Debate in the House of Representatives on Tuesday.
Dr. Guy claims the opposition has a plan to rescue the education system. The plan purportedly includes measures to stem teacher migration and sharpen targeted student support.
