MP Robert Miller Praises Increased HEART Enrolment

Member of Parliament for South East St. Catherine, Robert Miller, credits the Andrew Holness administration for an increase in enrolment at the HEART Trust Academy in his constituency.

He says this was accomplished thanks to the elimination of fees for training programmes along with other incentives.

Mr. Miller says he’s also taken the opportunity afforded by the expanded HEART Programme to become a certified plumber.

Mr. Miller was making his contribution to the State of the Constituency Debate in the House of Representatives on Tuesday.

The South East St. Catherine MP also expressed full support for Prime Minister Holness despite what he calls unsubstantiated attacks on his integrity.
