Spanish Town Spartans will face Upper Room Eagles and Rea Town Raptors battle UWI Runnin Rebels.
The Eagles lead their quarter final best of Three series 1-0 and a win would seal their place in the final.
Meanwhile, the Raptors will be seeking to level their series against the Running Rebels and force a game three.
