National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited has listed a luxury residence at Earls Court for US$7.5 million.
The listing for sale — now live on Sotheby’s International Realty — indicates that the property spans 2.5 acres and covers two lots.
Realtors contacted by this newspaper, including Keody Thompson, declined to comment on the property’s prior occupants, citing confidentiality agreements.
Official documents confirm NCB as the registered owner of the property, which includes a main residence, guest cottage, and expansive landscaped grounds.
NCB is yet to respond to questions about the property, including whether the property was used for executive residence, as an investment holding, or for other purposes.
Earls Court is one of Kingston’s most exclusive enclaves, encompassing other luxury homes.
The listed estate spans over 19,500 square feet, comparable to a boutique hotel. It features six bedrooms, a tennis court, resort-style pool, gym, sauna, and a four-car garage.
The listing comes amid bifurcation in the luxury real estate market, with some properties on the north coast in high demand, while Kingston is experiencing flattening demand.
