President of the International Paralympic Committee, IPC, Andrew Parsons, is scheduled to visit Jamaica, From February 2-6.
This marks the first time the head of the IPC will be visiting Jamaica.
President of the Jamaica Paralympic Association, Christopher Samuda, says the historic visit will be more than ceremonial.
Samuda says Parsons, as the chief policy and decision maker of the Paralympic movement, is critical to Jamaica’s process to develop sporting humanity.
He says his association will make every effort to benefit from the mutual interaction with President Parsons.
