Queens/Grace Jackson Organisers Seeking Alternative to ‘Expensive’ National Stadium

Chairman of the Queens/Grace Jackson meet organising committee, Olive McNaughton, says it’s now becoming too expensive to host track events at the National Stadium.

The meet has called the National stadium home for the past 23-years.

McNaughton says it’s becoming increasingly difficult to attract sponsors.

McNaughton says they may have to move to another venue come next year with Jamaica College’s Ashenheim Stadium an option.
