Real estate developer, RE/MAX continues to expand its services to Jamaicans, opening three new offices to aid growth in the local industry.
The revelation came from Roger Williams, interim Group CEO of Spectrum Group, which acquired RE/MAX Elite Realty and REMAX Jamaica in 2021.
He says in the last six weeks they have opened three new offices; one in Portmore, one in Drax Hall, and one on Shortwood Road in St. Andrew.
Another office is set to be opened in Negril next month.
Williams says in the next twelve months, the company will be opening additional offices in Trelawny, St Mary and Manchester, noting that St Thomas is another key location.
He says these moves are being made to allow the company to adequately serve the market as it grows.
Williams was addressing the official opening ceremony for the three-day RE/MAX Jamaica Premier Real Estate Conference and Expo, being staged at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in New Kingston from April 14-16.
