Selector, actor, and comedian Noah Powa has responded strongly to comments made by veteran selector Tony Matterhorn, accusing him of being disrespectful and stating that he does not want any friendship with him.
Powa made the remarks during his Road To Success interview with Kshema Francis on IRIE FM.
The response comes after Tony Matterhorn, during an interview with Chin of Irish and Chin on Sound Chat Radio, suggested that he does not see any upcoming selector with true crowd control abilities.
Noah Powa has since pushed back against those comments, calling for greater recognition of younger selectors and urging industry veterans to give the new generation its due respect.
