Financial heroes are resilient. Some build resilience from scarcity; others develop resilience to recover from financial disruption. It is not the quantum of money that people have that makes them heroes, but the quality of their decision-making and their determination to achieve their most important goals. Resilience is the ability to make deliberate choices, protect a buffer, use support and opportunities wisely, and to keep moving towards goals despite limited money or a major setback.
