Set 85 to win, Pakistan reached 87 for 2 inside 17 overs.
Ayesha Zafar top scored with 42 not out. She was supported by Gull Feroza, 21, and Sidra Ameen, 15.
Earlier, the Windies made 84 for 9 off their 20 overs.
Wicketkeeper Shemaine Campbelle top scored with 26.
Zaida James, 19, and Jannillea Glasgow ,10, are the only other players to reach double figures, while skipper Hayley Matthews went for 1.
Sadia Iqbal and Nida Dar picked up three wickets each for Pakistan.
