Pakistan beat the West Indies by 13 runs at Lauderhill in Florida on Sunday night, to clinch their three-match T20 International series 2-1.

Sahibzada Farhan ,74, and Saim Ayum, 66, shared in a 138-run opening stand to set Pakistan on their way to 189 for 4 in their 20 overs.

There was a wicket apiece for Jason Holder, Shamar Joseph and Roston Chase.

The Windies’ reply was electric, scoring 33 off the first two overs, but they just could not maintain that momentum.

They eventually ended on 176 for 6, with Alick Athanaze, 60, and Sherfane Rutherford, 51, the top scorers.

The teams will now fly into the Caribbean this week for the start of a three-match One Day International series. The first game is set for Friday at the Brian Lara Stadium in Trinidad.
