Shedwyn Jones has been charged with the murder of Lalchan Edwards, which took place in January last year.
Edwards, 41, of Rochard Douglas Road, Penal, was found dead with gunshot wounds about the body at Hibiscus Drive, on January 31, 2024.
Jones, 37, was arrested last week on February 6th.
On Monday (February 10, 2025), he appeared before a High Court Master to answer for the offence.
The Sufficiency Hearing date has been set for August 19, 2025.
