Education and Youth Minister, Hon. Fayval Williams, assists a student to navigate one of the new laptop computers donated to the Bethabara Primary School by e- Learning Jamaica Company Limited. The official handover ceremony was held on June 21 at the school’s Manchester location. The devices were handed over to both the Bethabara and Broadleaf Primary Schools in Manchester under the Tablets in Schools Programme.
