Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness has given yet another clear indicator that he will imminently call the general election.
Dr. Holness was addressing a bumper crowd at Juliet Holness’s East Rural St. Andrew Constituency Conference on Sunday night.
His latest comments come amid speculation he’ll name the date for the next general election at a mass meeting in Half Way Tree, St. Andrew on Sunday.
Dr. Holness told his audience that unlike others, he knows he’s not entitled to any position of power in this country.
And in a veiled response to fresh claims over the weekend about his financial affairs, contained in a detailed brief circulated widely among several fora online, the prime minister sought to make clear that he has worked honestly for all he has.
