The opposition People’s National Party, PNP, has reacted sharply to Wednesday’s publicity blitz by the governing Jamaica Labour Party, JLP, where party officials took to the streets to share copies of a document containing what it says are its achievements with members of the public.
The blitz, which was supported by a series of coordinated radio and TV interviews, was led by prime minister and party leader, Dr. Andrew Holness.
Speaking at a PNP mass rally at Emancipation Square in Spanish Town, St. Catherine on Wednesday night, Member of Parliament, MP for Eastern St. Catherine, Denise Daley, appeared to concede that the PNP does indeed ‘bad mind’ the JLP.
Daley went on to suggest that comrades must now dislike the JLP.

Meanwhile, the Opposition Spokesman on Education, Senator Damion Crawford, told the cheering crowd that he is also capable of street level moves like those made by the Labourites on Wednesday.
