PNP to Continue Opposing Chung’s Appointment as FID Boss – Golding

People’s National Party, PNP, president, Mark Golding, is renewing his call for Dennis Chung to step down from his position as chief technical director of the Financial Investigations Division, FID.

He repeated the call at a PNP rally in North West St Ann on Sunday.

The opposition PNP has been critical of Chung’s appointment to the FID since it was first announced two weeks ago. The party claims the chartered accountant is compromised and not qualified for the job.

Golding says the party will continue to oppose his appointment.
