A police corporal appeared in court today accused of sharing private intimate images of a woman on social media without her consent. Forty-year-old Corporal Clifton Major Jr., attached to Precinct Three at the Queen Street Police Station, was arraigned shortly before midday on two counts of intentional transmission of private parts, a cyber-crime offense. Police allege that Major posted a video and more than twenty nude photographs of the woman, images she had reportedly shared with him privately while they were in a relationship several years ago. The complainant told investigators she learned of the circulation on December 29, 2025, after a co-worker alerted her to photos spreading on WhatsApp. According to the report, the images clearly showed her face and identifying tattoos, leaving her feeling humiliated and embarrassed. Investigators later executed a search warrant at the officer’s home and seized three computer systems as exhibits in the case. Major Jr., represented by attorney Orson “OJ” Elrington, pleaded not guilty to both charges. There was no objection to bail, and the court granted him bail of eight thousand dollars plus two sureties of four thousand dollars each. Conditions include that he must not contact the complainant or her relatives, remain at least one hundred feet away from her, and report weekly to the Raccoon Street Police Station. The case is set for April 15, when disclosure is expected. The officer had previously faced a wounding charge involving the same woman in November 2025, but that matter was withdrawn after the complainant requested no further court action.
