The victim did not give a statement: however, investigators got information suggesting the incident may have occurred at Coconut Drive, Tunapuna.

In Irvine Road, Petit Bourg, officers executed another intelligence exercise targeting the home of a 34-year-old man. On arrival, police found the back door of the house open and shouted, “Police! Police!” However, no one responded, and loud voices continued inside.

Officers entered the premises and found a television on in a bedroom. Officers searched the room and found marijuana and a digital scale. The marijuana was weighed and weighed 2,064 grammes.

It was seized, and police say a warrant is expected to be obtained for the suspect’s arrest.
