Public Service Info Day Held in Dangriga Ahead of 2025 Observance

Various government departments within the Stann Creek District gathered in Dangriga today for an information day. The event features booths where members of the public can go to learn about the various services being offered by the departments. The information day forms part of the activities leading up to the 2025 celebration of Public Service Week, which is being celebrated from June 23 to June 27. Timara Flores-Marin, Stann Creek District Chair for the Public Service Week Committee, said that apart from sharing information, the event is also being used to acknowledge long-serving public officers.

The committee has various other events planned to include an ecumenical service, community service day and a sports night for public officers.
