Dancehall artiste R Embassida is in an upbeat mood as he promotes his new single titled Anada Level featuring Busy Signal.
The song, which was produced by Embassida Music group and Branchy Records, was released in May. Since then, it has been receiving airplay in various territories including Jamaica, the US, Canada, England, Europe and South America.
"My manager, Derrick Brown, was the one who came up with the idea for this collaboration with Busy. After he shared the idea with me, I linked my friend Kananga, and he made the connection with Busy. It was a great experience working on this project with Busy," he said.
The video for Anada Level has racked up more than a million views on YouTube.
"I'm not surprised about the support that my song is receiving from the DJs and my fans all over the world. From the moment this song was recorded, I knew it was going to be a hit; my team knew too," said R Embassida. He added that he is working on several new songs that he plans to release before the end of the year.
"I'm an artiste who is always thinking about how to stay current musically, so I'm always in the studio recording new songs. I have several songs in the can already, and I am also working on some new ones," he said.
The hard-working singjay is also promoting a new single titled Pushing, which was produced by Small Axe Entertainment.
