Nigeria's Emmanuel Bamidele managed to out dip Jamaica's Roshawn Clarke in the men's 400 metres at the ongoing Racers Grand Prix inside the National Stadium.
Bamidele managed to stop the clock at 45.49.
Clarke took second in 45.57 while Zandrion Barnes rounded off the top three finishers in 45.62.
Reigning world champion Antonio Watson, who was scheduled to participate, was rumoured to have suffered an injury during warm up exercise.
