The organising committee of Racers Grand Prix 2025 is pulling out all the stops to deliver an unforgettable fan experience at the National Stadium on Saturday, June 7.
Now in its seventh staging, the World Athletics Continental Tour Silver meet is expanding beyond the track to offer patrons three brand-new interactive experiences, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
Fans hoping to make a full day of the event will enjoy early access to the venue, with gates opening at 3 p.m. The fan zone will feature a sponsor village where patrons can enjoy give-aways, samples, and activities from event partners, as well as a bounce house for children and the young at heart.
Tech-savvy and competitive fans can take part in a virtual prediction challenge through the Qletics app, accessible via a link on the Racers Grand Prix website. Fans will be able to predict placings (first through to eighth) for each of the 11 events. Points will be awarded based on accuracy, with winners announced at the end of the meet. Prizes will be provided by event sponsors.
Another exciting addition to this year’s meet is the live fan feature, giving spectators a chance to see themselves on the stadium’s big screen. Roaming cameras will capture and highlight random members of the crowd throughout the event.
Racers Grand Prix CEO Devon Blake is especially excited about the introduction of trackside cabanas, a premium viewing option being offered for the first time.
“A limited number of trackside cabanas will be available to the public. These VIP cabanas can host up to 12 persons, and will include food, drinks and special parking for easier access to the venue,” Blake explained.
