Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness has reacted to the latest Nationwide/Bluedot poll.
Speaking at a groundbreaking ceremony for the Ferry Pond pipeline on Tuesday, Dr. Holness asked voters to carefully reflect on which leaders have been open and honest with the Jamaican people.
According to the Nationwide/Bluedot polls powered by Total Tools, public trust in the Andrew Holness-led administration has reached its highest mark in two years.
When asked if they trusted or distrusted the Holness government, 46 per cent of those polled say they trust them. The 46 per cent expressing trust is the highest level recorded in the Bluedot polls since 2023.
At the same time, distrust in the administration fell from a high of 57 per cent two years ago, to 43 per cent in the polls.
Dr. Holness is urging Jamaicans to examine the track record of delivery as they make up their minds during the election season.
