Promoters of Reggae Fest have announced the postponement of a major concert that was scheduled to take place at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Saturday, May 23.

The event was set to feature a star-studded lineup including Mavado, Beenie Man, Busy Signal, Spice, Tony Matterhorn, T.O.K., Ding Dong, Vanessa Bling, Serani and several other acts.

In a statement shared on the festival’s official website, promoter CJ Milan said the postponement is due to a death in the family.

Organizers expressed regret over the late announcement and apologized to patrons for any inconvenience caused.

They also noted that ticket holders will be able to receive refunds at their original point of purchase while efforts are underway to finalize a new date for the event.
