The Reggae Girlz jumped from 42nd on the back of their 3-0 and 3-2 wins in a two-match friendly series against South Africa.
The Girlz are 4th in Concacaf behind World number-1 USA, Canada and Mexico.
World champions Spain sits at 2nd in the world, with Germany third, England 4th, and Sweden rounding out the top five.
