Member of Parliament for South East St. Catherine, the JLP’s Robert Miller, says he has done far more for the constituency in the last 5 years, than the opposition PNP did in the last four decades.
Miller made the declaration at the launch of his campaign for a second term at the helm of the constituency.

According to him, he stands on a record of achievements.
The first term MP outlined what he says are his achievements over the last five years.
In an apparent a jab at his opponent, Dr Alfred Dawes, Miller says he is accessible to his constituents.
