Stand-in captain of the West Indies white ball team, Brandon King, says playing three matches against South Africa and a warm-up match against Australia will give them a clear idea of their readiness for the ICC T20 World Cup, starting June 1.
The Windies will face South Africa at Sabina Park on May 23, 25 and 26 in three T20 Internationals and Australia in a World Cup warm-up game at the Queens Park Oval on May 30.
King says it’s an honour to be leading the West Indies.
