Mohamed Salah will aim to break another record while bringing up a English Premier League appearance milestone when Liverpool visit Brighton.
The Egyptian is set to play his 300th game in the competition at Amex Stadium on Monday – alongside his 400th in total for Liverpool.
Salah would become the fourth African player to reach that landmark, after Kolo Toure – 353, Wilfried Zaha – 305 and Jordan Ayew – 303.
Plus, if he scores, Salah will set a new mark for away goals netted in a Premier League campaign.
The Egyptian has notched 16 times on the road for the champions in 2024-25 so far – the joint-most in a single season in the division’s history, level with Harry Kane 2022-23 and Kevin Phillips 1999-00.
