San Ignacio Opens Applications for Miss Middle Age Pageant 2026

Women in San Ignacio and Santa Elena between the ages of 50 and 65 are being encouraged to take center stage as preparations get underway for the Miss Middle Age Pageant 2026. The pageant is being hosted by reigning queen Maria Loague in collaboration with the San Ignacio and Santa Elena Town Council. The event has grown into a platform that celebrates the confidence, talents, experiences, and achievements of middle-aged women while giving them an opportunity to represent their communities. The Miss Middle Age Pageant was created to highlight that beauty, leadership, and community involvement continue at every stage of life. Beyond the competition, the event recognizes the valuable contributions women make through their families, workplaces, and communities. This year’s initiative aims to celebrate the grace, wisdom, creativity, and dedication of women throughout the Twin Towns. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their talents, share their stories, and inspire others by embracing new challenges. Applications are now open to eligible women interested in participating. Women across San Ignacio and Santa Elena are being reminded that age is no barrier to confidence, growth, and achievement. Application forms can be collected from the San Ignacio and Santa Elena Town Council Office or the Cayo Welcome Center. The deadline for submissions is July 24th, 2026.
