San Pedro Police Officers Recognized for Outstanding Service

Several police officers in San Pedro have been recognized for outstanding service during July, August and September. The awards were presented on Wednesday during an inspection and general meeting led by Officer Commanding the San Pedro Sub-Formation, Assistant Superintendent Sheira Nicholas. Nicholas was joined by Deputy Commander for Administration, Inspector Jorge Lemus, and Deputy Commander for Operations, Inspector Morris Castillo. The session gave commanders and personnel an opportunity to discuss general matters affecting the formation.  Magistrate Brown also delivered a presentation on the Diversion Programme, explaining its purpose and role in the administration of justice. Formation Chaplain, Inspector Kenroy Elijio, offered a brief devotion and words of encouragement to the officers.  The meeting placed emphasis on professionalism, recognition of good work and continued commitment to serving the San Pedro community.
