Scorpions Bowled Out for 342 in Second Inning of CCC Clash

Jamaica Scorpions were bowled out for 342 in their second innings against Combined Campuses and College on day three of their seventh round regional four day game at Sir Frank Worrell Ground in Trinidad and Tobago.

Captain John Campbell made 104 and Javelle Glenn 86.

Larry Edward took five wickets and Chemar Holder, three.

The CCC were bowled out for 327 in their first innings. Shaqkere Parris made 112, while Johann Jeremiah made 69 and Edward, 44.

Scores in the match so far, Jamaica Scorpions 133 and 342, Combined Campuses and College 327.

At Queens Park Oval in Port of Spain, champions Guyana Harpy Eagles reached 382 for 7 against Trinidad and Tobago Red Force.

Raymond Perez made 82 and Kevlon Anderson, 51.

The Red Force were bowled out for a first innings 240. Nial Smith picked up 4 for 49, while Keemo Paul took three wickets and Ronaldo Alimohamed, two.

Over at Coolidge Cricket Ground the West Indies Academy beat Windward Islands Volcanoes by 10-wickets.

Set 35 to win the Academy men reached the target inside four overs.

Ackeem Auguste was unbeaten on 33 and Justin Jagessar 2 not out.

Earlier, the Volcanoes were bowled out for 181 in their second innings. Kimani Melius made 40 and captain Alick Athanaze, 41.

Final scores, Windward Islands Volcanoes 106 and 181, West Indies Academy 253 and 35 without loss.
