SDF Proposes Seminar to Advancing Safeguarding Practices in Sports

The Sports Development Foundation, SDF, has proposed a to stage a seminar geared towards advancing safeguarding practices in sports.

Safeguarding in sports is a critical aspect of ensuring the safety, well-being, and rights of athletes at all levels.

In a statement, the SDF indicated it recognises the growing need for comprehensive safeguarding measures in response to increasing awareness of abuse risks, legislative requirements, and the importance of fostering a safe sporting environment.
