Jamaican music continues to make global strides, as Sean Paul and producer Cordel “Skatta” Burrell are featured on the soundtrack for Netflix’s new comedy 72 Hours, starring Kevin Hart.

The movie soundtrack includes “Move Ya Body” by Nina Sky featuring Jabba, a song built around Skatta Burrell’s iconic Coolie Dance Riddim, earning him songwriting/composition credit through the sampled work. Sean Paul’s “Shake Señora,” featuring Pitbull and T-Pain, is also among the featured songs.

Both songs appear on the film’s 24-song soundtrack, which complements the movie’s high-energy South Beach setting, including scenes featuring yacht parties and nightlife at Miami’s famous LIV Nightclub.

Now streaming on Netflix, 72 Hours features Kevin Hart in the lead role, along with Katt Williams and Teyana Taylor.

Directed by Tim Story, the comedy follows Kevin Hart as a struggling 40-year-old executive whose career needs a major boost. After being accidentally added to a group chat, he finds himself joining a group of Gen Z partygoers for a three-day bachelor party in Miami.
